Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Delays: In case of delays due to high order volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We offer PAN India delivery to all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. Additional shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1500 qualify for free shipping within India.

Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹1500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Domestic Orders: Delivery is expected within 3-4 business days after order processing.

International Orders: Delivery time varies by destination and typically ranges between 7-15 business days.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number on our logistics partner’s website.

Transit Damage and Loss

For lost packages, please contact us immediately so we can assist with locating or replacing your order.

Change of Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
