At Swastik, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality A2 Ghee. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process returns and refunds for our products.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events.
Products that were damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Replacement/exchange Process
Once your replacement request is approved, your replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-4 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure that your replacement is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your product without unnecessary delays.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product was damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Refunds will be Credited within 2-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Partial Refunds

If the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria but is deemed resalable.
If the return is initiated beyond the 7-day return window but approved under exceptional circumstances.
Order Cancellations

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.
Important Notes
Swastik is not responsible for lost or damaged returns caused during return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refunds for transit-damaged products will only be issued if the damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at Swastik’s sole discretion and are final.
